In order to ensure an enjoyable visit, we kindly ask you to read the following guidelines before entering the museum.
- If you have a fever, cold symptoms, or are not feeling well, please refrain from visiting.
- When coughing or sneezing, please observe cough etiquette and consider the well-being of other visitors.
- Please refrain from engaging in loud conversations within the museum.
Efforts within the facility
- Hand sanitizer is now available at the entrance.
- Plastic partitions are installed in front of the reception to prevent droplet/air infection.
- The museum maintains an appropriate temperature and humidity level while regularly ventilating the premises. High-touch areas are regularly disinfected.
- Please note that admission may be restricted at times when the museum is crowded.
- Our staff may be wearing masks for everyone’s safety.

- This ticket is valid for 1 person, one-time entry to this exhibition.
- Elementary School Students & Younger, Invitation letter or ticket from the museum, and disabled people with a disability certificate and an assistant (up to one person) can enter for free, however, please make a reservation with in the time frame.
- If you have an Invitation letter or ticket from the museum, please present it when entering.
- Students must present their student ID card or other proof of age when entering.
- If you have a Disabled Person’s Booklet or an equivalent form of government-issued ID, please present it when entering.
- Please note that you cannot re-enter.
- Refund is only possible if you are in a poor physical condition. Please note that we cannot give refunds for other reasons.
- Please note that admission may be restricted if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the museum.

Controlled Temperature and humidity
We try to maintain the optimal temperature and relative humidity for the preservation of our architectural models. Because the temperature within our museum might feel cold compared to the weather outside, we recommend bringing an extra piece of clothing to keep warm while visiting us.

About barrier-free
A wheelchair-accessible elevator is installed. The door to the outside is an automatic door. The entrance to the outside has a slope that is easier for wheelchair users to pass through.

We have prepared a free audio guide to make the exhibition even more enjoyable. You can use your smartphone as an audio guide by scanning the QR code installed in the building. For details, please check at the reception on the day.
